Why do I need help planning my pre-wedding events?

Many couples don’t realize all of the events that lead up to the wedding until they get engaged. All of these events take an incredible amount of time and energy to plan. Often, the planning responsibilities will fall on family members or friends, which can cause tension in their relationships. Your engagement season should be a fun, exciting and memorable time for everyone. Let Before the Vows plan all of these pre-wedding events & coordinate/plan your big day so you and your loved ones can enjoy your engagement season stress-free!

What happens after I fill out the contact form?

After you fill out the contact form, we will get back to you within 24-48 hours. From there, we will set up a complimentary 30-minute consultation where we will learn more about you and your vision for your wedding or event. If you decide to book with us, we require a signed contract and a 50% deposit to secure your date. After that, the planning will begin!

How does payment work?

The prices outlined on our contract are the planning/coordination fees for the event. These do not include the cost of the venue, catering, decor, etc. Upon signing of the contract, we will send you an invoice and process your payment through a secure third-party payment site. 50% of the planning fee is due upon acceptance of the job and a signed contract. The other 50% is due two weeks prior to your event.

How do you determine the pricing for each event?

Pricing for events is contingent upon several factors. For example, the price for planning a bachelorette party may increase due to the length of the trip, the number of attendees, the location, etc. Wedding coordination pricing is based on the date, location and size of your wedding.

How far in advance should I book with you?

As soon as possible! We book an average of one year out and our dates are first come, first serve, so if you think we are a good fit for you, please do not hesitate to reach out!



Do you plan events outside of Chattanooga?

Absolutely! We love to travel! Although we are based in Chattanooga, TN, we have planned events in other cities and are more than happy to plan events anywhere in the U.S. if our schedule allows. Please note that the cost of our wedding coordination and planning packages does not include travel fees.

Do you plan events for all types of couples?

Yes! Before the Vows is welcome and accepting of all couples! All are welcome here!
